I've settled on a series title for the Kayla serial version

I've updated a lot of the files for the Kayla book since I'm making it into a serial it will be a lot longer, and also,  I'm adding two books to the front end of the original novel.  When it is all said and done, it will be available on the site, on Amazon, in ebook, and paperback, and also if I can get in, it will be on Royal Road.com, and maybe wattpad. I don't really care for the wattpad terms of service so we will see.
I want to get a backlog of the first few chapters, before I start posting. The posting schedule might have hiccups if I crash, so we will see.
I ran a lot of tests on the blog last week, or was it the week before? Well anyway, the point is I ran the tests to see if I could make a toc, next, and previous links. I was able to figure it out, so that's a plus.
I'm changing some of the worldbuilding to make it more cohesive. The biggest crit, I've gotten on the story is that the transitions weren't smooth, or it felt choppy, not sure what that really means.
Other than that most of the reviews have been positive.  I think that the issue was that I had to take out 25k from the middle, because my editor at the time, didn't have time to edit it. They also missed a few things, so it's probably a good thing that I'm getting around to rewrites.
I'm hoping that things will improve once I get Kayla out of my system. Maybe then I can finish the other 25 million books that I'm almost done with, but since I feel guilty every time I'm working on anything other then this series I'm just going to get it over with.

Well, that's the update, I've got a messy desk full of writing-related stuff, and I had a billion websites open doing research on monsters, and creatures related to the things that were in the first version, but not fleshed out.
I've figured out that the series will be called Keeper of the Key.
So, the new first book will be Lost: Keeper of the Key Volume one. I'm going to be doing it serial style though so, the entire series will be Keeper of the Key, and I'll break it into books later.
Well, that's my crazy for the day. I hope you all have a wonderful day. Take care,
Adriane~

Apparently I'm a spaz...

I just checked and found out that I'm a spaz. Apparently, I had written several posts last year, but neglected to push publish... I'm going to be at RadCon again in a few days.

I've been bedridden for the last year, or so. It's hard to be a productive writer when you can't sit up for very long. I did write 30,000 words in 24hours last year. That was interesting. Then I spent the next 2 weeks in bed, mostly asleep because I couldn't move.

I also have so many things set as a draft and don't know why that happened. I will have to republish them.

Kayla's a mess, I know what I want to do, but every time I make any progress, my body shuts down, and then I forget what I'm doing and have to start again.

My plan this year is to attempt to set up a few web novels on this site. Since I don't know what I'm doing it might be a while. Essentially the plan is to turn Kayla into a web novel because I think that the format will suit the book better.

My biggest problem with all this is it's overwhelming. I have too many books, and everytime I start on something I get stuck in, I should be doing this instead. Then I end up not doing anything.

So, the goal is to not work too much, edit and put up what I have as I go, also to pick one thing even though I know I have 20 other projects almost done. I just need to work on one at a time.

I'm going to do some site maintenance, update my wips, and attempt to figure out how to upload pdfs and what not to the website. I think it might be easier if I were to move to a different host, but I don't think I want to fiddle around, so I'm just going to leave it alone for the time being.

So, those are the plans as of today, but I've been sitting up for too long, So, I'm going to go lay down, hope you are all having a wonderful day.
Adriane.
